Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
